We recommend that you burn Wild Acres soy candles for no more than four hours at a time. In total, the 4 oz candle will burn anywhere from 20-25 hours and the 8 oz candle will burn between 40-50 hours.
Yes, for the best burn, it's helpful to trim your wick. Before lighting, trim your wick to 1/4 inch.
Our 7oz reed diffuser will last 2+ months on average. This timeframe may change depending on how many reeds you choose to use.
We suggest starting with 5 and adding more as needed depending on the desired potency. It's also important to give your diffuser time to saturate the reeds before making changes.
You will receive 10 reeds with your diffuser. This is included in your order and will be no additional cost.
Shipping is a flat $8 for your orders. If you spend $49+, it's FREE! Wild Acres uses UPS for shipping so that you can expect fast reliable delivery.
All orders are processed and shipped from Austin within 1-3 business days. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on location.

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Wild Acres order number, order confirmation email). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.
